Returns

We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to return it, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of either your in-store purchase or receipt of your online order. The merchandise amount of your original purchase will be given to you in the form of store credit, excluding any shipping charges. Store credit must be used within 12 months. Please note jewelry, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable - so take special care when giving instructions for special orders and personalization.

A gift can be returned for in-store credit or exchange.

For our brides wishing to return or exchange any gifts, we will gladly help! We ask that you wait until after your wedding and make an appointment with someone on our team to begin this process. We will process your returns and issue a gift card for you to use in-store or online. 

Please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase original art or floral items. 

Shipping

For items that have been damaged in transit please email budhome@epbfi.com and include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box help as well. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps.  Emails for damages MUST be received within 10 days of delivery date.  Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Returning an online order is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Processing a Return/Exchange

A store credit or exchange will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for exchange/store credit. Returns/exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your store credit will be issued and emailed upon return approval.  

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your online order in accordance with Tennessee state regulations if your shipping address is in the state of Tennessee. If your shipping address is located outside of Tennessee, there will be no sales tax charge.
